Quick Pickled Cauliflower

Tumeric pickled cauliflower in a mason jar, ready in a couple hours.

Why This Recipe?

It's a refreshing snack. Not too acidic for a pickle. Delicious with a beautiful yellow colour thanks to the turmeric.

Instructions

  1. Pack mason jars with onions and cauliflower.
  2. Combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and spices in a pot.
  3. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour hot brine into jars to submerge florets.
  5. Seal and refrigerate for a few hours. Lasts a couple weeks.
